Ben and the team were great from the first moment. We went to visit the show room which had a great selection. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The team came and removed the existing door, and replaced it with a beautiful rock door. They made no mess, were quick and the door looks perfect. Fantastic and professional job done by Broadmark Doors, they came to do the survey next day after i called them. And only 2 weeks later, the team came and install every things! ! It is a 2 single doors to 1 electric door conversion job, i asked many other companys, some require me to find another builder to remove the central pillar myself, while some just not showing up... I can't find any other company could provide such all-in-1 service, removing the central pillar annd installing a support steel, installing the door etc.. with such reasonable price. The job was done tidy, professional, and one thing, they supply top-graded brand garage door and electrical items for my garage... Highly recommennd! More...

Our garage doors were installed by a different company a few years ago. Earlier this week the garage door got jammed and would open - we phoned the manufacturers who recommended Broadmark Garage Doors to help us resolve the issue. The next day Ben, (one of the engineers) cam by and investigated. He was extremely professional and although we have no idea what caused the jam, he was able to open the door with minimal damage. Based on a theory of the cause he also went about preventing this happening again. We throughly recommend this company and if I have any further issue I know who to contact!! More...

I Would definitely NOT recommend Broadmark doors. Currently in the process of going down the legal route and trading standards. I could write a book on the issues we have encountered nothing but lies and false promises and it says something about the business when they block your number and don’t respond to messages or emails. we have even had the manufacture come to the property and even they were speechless. I with list all the issues on another post but don’t use these liars …. With ref to the response by Ben this is definitely not a fake review by a competitor but by a customer to be honest I wish we had used a competitor he Ben has failed to answer and calls or emails More...

Wow!! We had been looking for a garage door for a couple of months and found companies either not turning up for appointments or not seeming bothered whether they got the job or not. Ben came when he said and gave us some useful information. Like most things what we thought we needed we didn’t. Even though what we thought we wanted was more expensive. We first initially contacted the company through WhatsApp on 31st October 2022 to enquire about an appointment to have a new roller garage door fitted. We booked an appointment for the company to visit our property and give us a quote on 3rd November 2022. The owner of the company Ben arrived to take a look and informed us that he would get us a quotation and send it over to us through email. After receiving quotation, we decided to go ahead and have the garage door fitted. The company advised us they would need half of the total cost as a deposit. We made the deposit payment on 4th November 2022. Ben advised me that the door had been ordered this day and would be approximately 1-2 weeks for the door to be delivered. After sending payment, I asked for an invoice as proof of payment to be told that we would have to wait until the following Monday to receive this. After waiting all day for the invoice to arrive, it was finally sent at 4:30pm on the afternoon. I messaged ben on the 15th November to ask if the door had arrived to be told it would arrive 16th November and we could book a date for it to be fitted, we booked a date for 25th November. I then messaged again on the 23rd November to ensure we was still ok for the 25th and the reply was yes. On the day of the 25th November, the fitters arrived at around 11pm to inform us that the door had not arrived as there was a problem with the delivery being stuck in traffic. I had already had a text from Ben to confirm the door had arrived and that we was all good for the 25th. Prior to this, we had no phone call from the office to say that the door had infact not arrived. It was then agreed that the door could not be fitted that day and we would need to rebook. We then rebooked the installation for 1st December 2022. On the 1st December, the fitters arrived and fitted the door. On the 10th January 2022, the garage door got stuck down with my vehicle outside on the drive. I called Ben to say that I needed someone to come out and see what the problem was. We had first enquired with Ben that we would have a manual override fitted just incase this ever happened or we was to have a power cut etc. Ben talked us out of this stating that it was not safe as it means someone can gain access and a battery backup was the safer option. In the event that ben hadn't of talked us out of this and we had the manual override, we would have been able to get the door open that night. Ben advised me that he would not come out until the next day. The next day arrived and I had messaged ben to see what time he was arriving, Ben stated that it would be around 8am. They finally arrived at 8am and managed to fix the door and agreed to come back later that day to fit a manual override free of charge. They turned up, fitted the manual override and didn’t charge us. On the 9th March, the cladding at the top of our garage door was making a horrific sound in the wind. I contacted Ben to ask if this was normal and if this was something that could be sorted. Ben then ignored my messaged and messaged me back a couple of days later to say he was recovering from surgery and to contact the office with my issues. I called the office on the 10th March to be told stiffners need fitting to my garage door, that they needed to be ordered in and would arrive by 13th March and would get a phone call as soon as they arrived. On 13th March, I waited until around 4pm and still had no phone call, I called the company to be told that they hadn't arrived and will be there for 16th March. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and said we would until the 16th March. 16th March came along, no phone call at all all day. Come Friday 17th March, I called the office yet again for an update to be told they still had not arrived and would arrive on the 20th March. By this point, we are really not happy with this company as we have now been promise 3 different dates that this part would arrive and each time been told a different date and excuse. On the 17th March I wrote a Facebook review explaining my … with this company. On 18th March, I received a not happy and polite phone call from Jayne (the owners partner), stating that she did not agree with our review and was not very happy about this. I explained everything that had happened and that we were promised 3 different delivery dates of this part and nothing had arrived. Jayne then advised me that it was someone else in the office I had been dealing with called James. She advised me that the part was never going to turn up for the last 2 weeks as the earliest it could arrive was 20th March. This was obviously not relayed to us and I was told that it was someone else in the office called James that I had spoken to. This just seemed like the blame was being passed around due to miss communication. We then agreed that I would only speak to Jayne from now on. On the evening of 18th March, ben decided to reply to our review stating personal information about what we kept in our garage. This was not acceptable. I messaged Ben to ask if he could edit the reply (I never asked for it to be removed) and just take out the part where it states what valuables we have in our garage. To which Ben’s reply was for us to take the review down all together. We then had Ben’s friends commenting on our review to start an argument. After around 20minutes of Ben’s reply, he then received 5 positive reviews all of which were friends of his. This is not professional. On the 20th March, Ben messaged to say that the part had arrived and we could book for them to be fitted the next day. We had already been promised they would be out the same day to fit these as soon as they come in stock, once again an empty promise. In the end, they came to fit the stiffners. When Ben arrived, he was quiet rude and abrupt. They had fitted one stiffner. Later on that day, the noise is still there. I called the office the next day to make an appointment and they advised that the stiffners that we had waited 2 weeks for were now actually in stock. They came back to fit a further 2 stiffners. Ben then made a comment on leaving saying ‘any more problems, just leave a review, it will get us out to you quicker’, very unprofessional. A couple of weeks later, we noticed that the stiffners were scratching our garage door. I contacted Thermosecure (the company who supplied Broadmark Garage Doors with the roller garage door) to see where I stood with saying to Broadmark doors that they had to now come and fit a new garage doors. The man that I spoke with was called Ian. Ian asked for photos to be sent over of the scratches on our garage door. I sent the photos over and Ian replied on 12th April to say that he would send his engineer out to take a look and make a decision. We booked an appointment for is engineer to come out on 27th April. On the morning of the 27th April, Ian emailed me to say that his engineer had been pulled to an emergency job and we needed to change the appointment. I informed Ian that I had taken the day off work and that he could come anytime. We received a phonecall to say that we would have to rebook this for the following week. We booked an appointment for 4th May. The engineer arrived to take a look and went away with a report to send back. On the 4th May it was agreed that they would come and change the slats in the garage door and secure the cladding at the top that was making the noise. I was told by the engineer, the cladding at the top was not good enough and should have been sealed upon fitting which Broadmark Garage Doors did not do. Ian then contacted me to say it would be his engineer that returned to do the repair work. We booked a date for the 25th May. The engineer turned up at around 12pm and got to work, within the hour he was done and completed. From what I could see, the garage door was fine. I was told by the engineer to give the door a wipe down and there should be no more problems. Off he went. After cleaning down the door, I noticed there were scratches on the door which were even worse than before. He has supposedly changed the slats that had scratches on and they were even worse. I called Thermosecure to inform Ian, to be told he was not at his desk and to email photos and he would get back to me. Both companies have now had more than enough chances to get this garage door fixed and we are at loose ends with both companies. we are currently in the process of going down the small claims route and also trading standards we have had to put this on as Ben has blocked us on Facebook and all our telephone numbers More...

Very disappointed with this company. From the start, this company was great. Came out the next day to give us a quotation for a new garage door and within 24 hours of visiting our property, we had the quotation. After seeing so many good reviews, we decided to go ahead (Even after we had a cheaper quote elsewhere). On the fitting day, the fitting guys turned up to tell us that the door had not arrived in stock, although I’d had a message the week before to state that the door was in stock which is why we chose this fitting date. I understand this was not down to the company and was down to the supplier but i should never have been told it had arrived! We arranged a fitting day for the week after. The lads turned up and fitted our new garage door, which is lovely! The fitting guys were very nice. We were talked into having a battery back up fitted instead of the manual override which was great. After around 2 months of having the garage door fitted, the door got stuck down. I called the company to be told there was nothing they could do until the next day. (If we weren’t talked into having a battery back up and had the manual override, we would have been able to get the door back open). The guys arrived the next day and sorted the problem, fine. And then proceeded to come to fit the manual override too. Although, now another month later, the garage door is making a horrid noise when windy. I called the office to explain, to be told it needs a need part fitted. (After only 3 months of having the garage door fitted). I phoned on the Thursday to be told that the part had to be ordered in and would arrive on Monday and would get a phone call on the Monday to arrange fitting. Ok, not great as the noise was that horrific it was keeping the neighbours and ourselves awake at night. Come Monday, no phone call. I called to say that they don’t have a delivery on a Monday and it would be Thursday before the part arrived. Come Thursday, nothing, no phone call. On Friday morning, I called to see if the part was in stock to be told no, they had a problem with delivery again but it should arrive today and would get another phone call to say it was in stock. Not to a surprise I knew I wouldn’t get a phone call. I phone again around 3:30pm just before they closed, to be told there delivery has came but the part we ordered was not there and would arrived Monday. This has now been over a week since we ordered the part and have been promised 3 different days of this part arriving. Although the garage door looks great, and the fitting guys were lovely. We have had so many problems afterwards that do not seem to be getting sorted. I’m not a person to be writing bad reviews but I’m out of options. I’ve spoken to the office and explained my concerns, to just be told that it’s not their fault the delivery hasn’t arrived. We’re now waiting another weekend for the part to arrive and no doubt I will not get a phone call on Monday. I will have to phone to chase this part yet again. More...

Very disappointed with this company. From the start, this company was great. Came out the next day to give us a quotation for a new garage door and within 24 hours of visiting our property, we had the quotation. After seeing so many good reviews, we decided to go ahead (Even after we had a cheaper quote elsewhere). On the fitting day, the fitting guys turned up to tell us that the door had not arrived in stock, although I’d had a message the week before to state that the door was in stock which is why we chose this fitting date. I understand this was not down to the company and was down to the supplier but i should never have been told it had arrived! We arranged a fitting day for the week after. The lads turned up and fitted our new garage door, which is lovely! The fitting guys were very nice. We were talked into having a battery back up fitted instead of the manual override which was great. After around 2 months of having the garage door fitted, the door got stuck down. I called the company to be told there was nothing they could do until the next day. (If we weren’t talked into having a battery back up and had the manual override, we would have been able to get the door back open). The guys arrived the next day and sorted the problem, fine. And then proceeded to come to fit the manual override too. Although, now another month later, the garage door is making a horrid noise when windy. I called the office to explain, to be told it needs a need part fitted. (After only 3 months of having the garage door fitted). I phoned on the Thursday to be told that the part had to be ordered in and would arrive on Monday and would get a phone call on the Monday to arrange fitting. Ok, not great as the noise was that horrific it was keeping the neighbours and ourselves awake at night. Come Monday, no phone call. I called to say that they don’t have a delivery on a Monday and it would be Thursday before the part arrived. Come Thursday, nothing, no phone call. On Friday morning, I called to see if the part was in stock to be told no, they had a problem with delivery again but it should arrive today and would get another phone call to say it was in stock. Not to a surprise I knew I wouldn’t get a phone call.
