I took my laptop in on 4th October for a screen repair, no fuss booked in and within 20minutes advised it had been repaired at a price that was at least 50% of what I expected. Within a couple of hours back home working on Laptop and is far better quality than the original Screen. Warranty is far better than I expected too ! I found Dean very knowledgeable and customer service orientated. I have complete confidence in BRM. If and when I need a new Laptop they have a fair amount of quality refurb units with warranty, I'll certainly be visiting BRM for a deal. This was the 2nd time I've used BRM and they would be my first port of call for Computer or phone repair in the future. More...

I recently had an upgrade and repair to my Dell Vostro430 tower which kept turning itself off. I went to BRM who suggested an upgrade to increase the RAM size along with the repair to the CPU cooling and go from Wndows7 to windows 10Man what a difference, it is dixie quick nowI would thoroughly recommend them as it only took 3 days and was considerably cheaper than replacing it as it already had an intel core i7 Brilliant job thanks a bunch. Repaired old iPAD which is now behaving itself. Also I was attached to my old Dell Laptop which I had been using for many years but which was not handling Win 10 and newer faster internet etc. BRM Computer Repair Centre provided a refurb Stone Laptop, it operates Win 10, MS Office and Application software I was used to only much faster as now 64bit faster processor and SSD memory. Internet is far more consistent at 69 Mbs and 18 Mbs which my old Dell could not provide. I am Very pleased with their advice bringing me up to date with a great Laptop. I just wanted to say thank you so much for your excellent service! I've have previously brought two laptops in to you for repair and have also recently bought a laptop from you. Last week I came in two or three times as I was having problems installing things on the new laptop, and you spent so much time helping me to make sure I'd got it all sorted, I was really very impressed! I think your service is above and beyond what I would expect from most places. The new laptop is all up and running very nicely (you'll be glad to hear) so hopefully for you I won't have to come and take up hours and hours of your day, although even when I have had to you've always been great and never made me feel like a pain even though I probably was! I thought I would add a comment regarding the customer service and have just seen the gentleman's comment about his payment issue.
I also was in the shop at the same time to pick up my sons computer and had the same issue with payment. I also needed to pay by card but I totally understood that it was not the fault of BRM Computers that their card machine was down and went and got the cash.
I happen think the service is always good from these guys and WOULD thoroughly recommend them and today was no exception. Thanks guys :)
