Our flat needed some special cleaning. Britain team came to our rescue and got our flat to a really clean level. We asked them to focus on the bathroom and kitchen and they really worked hard and you could see the difference when they was finished. Will use again.

I booked BRITAIN cleaners for an end of tenancy clean; the cleaners were an hour and a bit late so our ex landlord was kept waiting for almost two hours for their arrival.
The landlord was also displeased with the end result and scheduled another cleaning company to come and finish the work as BRITAIN cleaners were not able to rectify the issue in time for his requirements.

It was the worst experience I ever had with a cleaning company. They cancelled three times and arrived last day before my end of tenancy at 6 o'clock in the evening although they had promised to arrive at 9 am in the morning (with an excuse that they had a traffic accident on the way just one hour before the cleaning). They finished at 9 pm in the evening with a rush. The walls, toilet, blinds weren't even cleaned.

My estate agent didn't like the cleaning at all and they charged me double for bringing another professional cleaners in.

I asked a refund by calling and emailing them. THEY TOTALLY GHOSTED ME!!!

My end-of - cleaning cost me more than £300 FOR A STUDIO FLAT.
