Super efficient service and lovely gentlemen removed all our belongings quickly and safely. They took note of the extra delicate boxes and nothing was too much trouble for them. These guys were great. The movers had already arrived at my old house before I got there (and I was early), they were ready to go, and very patient with my disorganisation! It took me some time to locate all the things I needed to take, because they were scattered all over the house, and packed away. I was also worried some of my more fragile things might be damaged in transit, because I had forgotten to organise boxes etc., but again, everything was securely stowed and transported. We used the packing service, and the removals a few days later. Both were professionally handled, by personable guys who were pretty much faultless in their efforts. The moving day did not go according to plan because of the failures of those who are on a much higher wage and are supposed to transfer money up the chain to enable moves to take place on a certain day. Despite these hours of hanging around, the team from Bristol Van Removals remained upbeat even though they knew they would not finish until early evening. When unloading eventually started their attitude to the work was exactly the same as first thing in the morning when they loaded the vans - cheerful, accommodating and caring in their work.The value of a good honest review was what led us to use these guys and if you are reading this to help make a decision about your removals, do not hesitate to realise that you will get a great service. They are supermen!!! We moved from secon floor flat to the basement flat, these guys are super efficient, fast, safe and well organised. You have nothing to worry about on the moving day. Absolutely brilliant service, competitive and helpful. I hadn't realised how important it was to get a good removal service, the completion date kept changing and Dave was really quick to get back to me each time, he was very understanding and helpful. Finally, move day came and as promised four guys and three vans turned up on time. They were friendly, careful and very hard working. From initial enquiry to moving day, our experience with Bristol Van Removals has been exceptional. Dave came and quoted us with transparency and reassurance and we booked in straight away. On moving day Nick and Lewis arrived and set to work immediately! They took charge of the situation on an unsurprisingly stressful day and we felt completely looked after. What can I say? We had the most amazing service from Dave and his team at Bristol Van Removals. We moved on a boiling hot day and the guys had to carry our furniture up three flights of stairs, but they kept on smiling and joking throughout the day. The team worked tirelessly from 8am until 10pm at night, moving all of our boxes and dismantling and erecting three double beds and three big, heavy wardrobes. Nothing was too much trouble and they constantly checked with us that everything was going in the right place and that we were happy with everything.I really can't fault any aspect of their service and having used other removal firms in the past who were shoddy, miserable and left us with damaged stuff, Bristol Van Removals was a breath of fresh air. If you're looking for a great removals firm who really will go the extra mile (and still have a smile on their face no matter how long the day) then I can highly recommend Dave and his brilliant, hard working team. Dave and the team did a 2-day pack and move. There was a lot of stuff across a house and two outbuildings. It was packed and moved to a very high standard.
