Q&As

Everything starts with gradual changes. No fad diets or quick fixes. You can reach your goal, it takes time and consistency, but anyone can do it, no matter your background or experience. We'll take a look at your diet, work and habits, and make small changes to build to a greater whole.

Consistency. There will be ups and downs during your journey, that's inevitable, you're only human. Staying consistent in the face of setbacks is the key to making sustainable change.

Seeing my client's succeed in their goals. Whatever they may be, there's nothing better than taking a client through the process, start to finish, and helping them realise their potential, something they may never have realised was possible.

I was obese in my childhood. I wasn't a sporty, motivated youngster. I was depressed, anxious and overweight. I decided to change, it took a long time, and a hell of a lot of work, but I did it. What I want to do is use my knowledge and experience to expedite your own fitness journey, so you don't have to experience the hurdles, set-backs and struggle that I did.

Positive mental health changes are a large part of my mission, be that a healthier lifestyle, stronger relationship with food or your body, I believe fitness being a part of your life, whatever form that may take, has the power to elevate people and improve their quality of life.

I do offer online training: monthly video calls, form and technique critiques as well as custom programs tailored to the individual and their goal. However if you want to see the fastest results and learn quicker, I'd highly advise seeking in person sessions with me.

I offered online training to existing and new customers. The gym I work out of has a cleanliness policy, ensuring as little spread as possible.

Services

In person training, where I will take you through your program, tutoring form and educating where needed. I try to differ from other PT's, providing mental health positive, fun and chilled out atmosphere, yet still getting the work needed done.

I'll teach you how nutrition is far less complicated than we're lead to believe. You don't have to avoid foods, or cut out carbs and fat, eat how you like to with tips and tricks to tailor your own diet to meet your goal; The simple routes to guaranteed success.

Should you choose in person sessions or remote, I will be available through Whatsapp for advice and accountability outside of our allotted times, so you don't feel like you're doing this alone!
