We booked a taxi to take us to the Theatre on 3rd Dec 2021 to pick us up at 4.15, had to be there for 4.30 (our time slot for Theatre), waiting in the freezing cold and at 4. 25 phoned to be told we had to wait another 10 mins, after 15 mins we called again to then be told it would be another 5 mins, by this time we had gone past our allocated time slot to get into theatre, I was stressing, we had travelled from the Isle of Wight spent a lot of money, I had no Idea whether we were going to make the start of the show (5.30) we tried to phone again at 4.45 but they then stopped answering their phone 🤬, so we booked an Uber, we had to wait another 10 mins but that taxi driver was amazing. But would not recommend Taxi4u because if they couldn't pick us up they should have said, so glad the theatre show (Rocky Horror) cheered me up because I really was fuming. More...
