So where do I begin?
The Swedish massage I got from Rita was superb! I went in feeling all achy and came out new born!
Her treatment room is an oasis of calm. Really beautifully decorated. I found the massage table to be one of the most comfortable ones I’ve been on.
Rita, as a person, is warm, soothing and attentive. She has a very calming and healing energy to her. I love how intuitive she is. I also love how she encourages communication and feedback.
15 stars out of 5! :)

I have had many massages in my time. This massage was just what I needed! The massage therapist focused on the areas that were causing me discomfort in a thorough and effective way. What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of being a massage therapist is helping those in pain, recovering from injury, or suffering from stress. Massage therapy speeds up the healing process, improves circulation, and can even restore emotional balance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because that way I can limit the number of my clients, which results in a better quality.
Why should our clients choose you?
I would recommend myself to others, because if I could, I would choose myself. :)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have always changed all towels and face sheets and regularly disinfect the massage bed. Since Covid I do wipe handles as well with disinfectant wipes after each client.
Back Neck Shoulder massage
This treatment uses classic massage techniques (such as Deep Tissue and Swedish) to relax the body and mind, reduce tension in muscles of the back, neck and shoulders.
Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage technique which uses deep pressure. Combining slow strokes and notable finger pressure, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues.
Swedish massage
The Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massages. It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling.
Reflexology foot massage
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body.
Thai herbal hot compress massage
The Thai herbal compress ball is steamed until it becomes hot. Panic not, it will be a comfortable heat when it's applied to your skin. I uses a warm herbal ball in your massage treatment by applying the compress in a rolling, dabbing and rocking motion to your body.
Hot stone massage
Hot stone therapy is a specialist massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are positioned along your spine, in the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes.
