Bridal Dreamz is a well established family run business, we pride ourselves on the professional and friendly service we provide.
Bridaldreamz was started in 2011 and weve grown since adding on our Cars, flowers, DJ, Photo booth and Props, we can now provide our clients with whole packages for their wedding or event.

If I was able to leave minus points I would. I actually considering police involved as Karen blocked me so cannot get my refund back. She took my 2 rose trees by accident which would be ok but then ignored me for a week while was using my property for other weddings. I am still waiting for my trees too! Blocked me without apology when i said i am upset she is using my trees without even asking.Service was not provided as agreed. Photobooth was awful quality, only few hats for props and green screen was not provided which i paid as extra. We both agreed to have rose petals because other choices was too dangerous for the kids however found diamonds around the tables in the end. So very sad as wanted to promote her and help family business but got blocked on facebook, treated badly and lost my property and money. Be careful everyone on your very special day. More...

Hope all is well with you.
I have tried all I could to reach you, all to no avail. Could you kindly let me know when you are planning to return the chair hoods and sashes to me?
They were meant to be returned since last week and even after you were informed that I needed them for the weekend. I had to hire 85 of those sashes/hoods from another company to make up for what I needed for my event last weekend. At the moment, they are needed for an event on the 7th of July. It would be greatly appreciated if you can send these back to me.
You are an event planner and you certainly would not like it if a client hires items from you and refuses to return them, let alone refuse to respond to your texts, phone calls or emails.
Just to let you know that I would be patient to receive these by Monday the 2nd of July. If they are not received by that date, I would have no option but to take this to small claims court/moneyonline and get the cost of the hoods/sashes from you. Have some conscience and give me back the tool of my trade. I hired these to you when you were in desperate need of them at the last minute. To turn back and not return my items for over 2weeks now, making me have to hire from another company is really a horrible thing to do.
