Puppy Life Skills
Our next Mapperley puppy course starts on Monday 28th June. With small classes of 4 puppies with 2 trainers, everyone gets plenty of personalised support, with 4 weeks indoors in a low distraction environment and 2 weeks outside in the "real" world to put the training to the test!
Puppy Life Skills- for puppies up to 20 weeks old. 7-8pm
Courses cost only £80 for 6 weeks with only 4 puppies per class with 2 trainers!

Beginner's Group Class
Group class for adult beginners age 10 months plus at the Canine Academy, Tollerton.
Suitable for adult beginner dogs, novice owners and experienced owners with young or inexperienced dogs. Puppies over 6 months old who have graduated from Awesome Adolescents may also join this class.
Advanced group class
Group class for advanced/competition dogs held at Canine Academy, Tollerton.
This class is suitable for dogs and handlers training for Good Citizen Gold and above, anyone interested in training for dogsports and competitions, and experienced handlers with new dogs.
Wheelchair skills
1:1 sessions for wheelchair or mobility scooter users, or users of other aids such as crutches or rollators, covering key skills for working with your dog to help you achieve what you would like to with your dog, whether this is independence going to the park by yourself, attending classes or even aiming for Crufts!
Awesome Adolescents
Learn how to work with your dog through the dreaded “teenage” stage and teach your dog to be an awesome adolescent, rather than a tricky teen!

1:1 Private Zoom Sessions
1:1 sessions on Zoom lasting approximately 1 hour.
Suitable for training difficulties, behavioural consults and flexible training options.
Creative Class
These are a series of fun training classes based on themes such as escape rooms, riddles and murder mysteries. They will be held once a month. Creative Classes are suitable for dogs and handlers of any experience or age, whether you’ve got a new puppy or an experienced veteran, and will be a great way to have fun with your dog during the lockdown.
The next Creative Class will be “The Passport Pawdicament” on Tuesday 29th June at 7pm via Zoom. This class is fundraising for Darwin Dogs and costs a minimum of £10 donation.
1:1 Training Sessions and Behaviour Consults
Flexible 1:1 sessions for owners requiring more personalised training, for more complex behavioural difficulties such as reactivity and separation anxiety or for cooperative care/vet skills training.
Puppy Life Skills and Awesome Adolescents courses are also available as 1:1 packages in-person or via Zoom.
