I wanted to do more of the best things and less of the other. Having been in employment as a photographer, lighting and set designer I found that I wanted to do one thing more than the others. I became a wedding photographer because it was the best part of my day, and I want it to be all of my days.

If I could single out one reason to be top of the list why you should hire me, apart from being an excellent photographer which I hope all wedding photographers can demonstrate, it is this: I will be on your side.
I have worked in photography and the performing arts with many different people - those who are stressed and driven, those who have complicated relationships, professionals and amateurs, children and animals - I've found peace helping others achieve their goals and I would love to help you through positive support.

Alas, the photography itself is all about being present and cannot be done remotely (interesting thought though!). Meetings can be done remotely. But even then, hiring a photographer who is going to be present at your wedding day is something I wouldn't want to decide about via a video link. I'm happy to meet in person without obligation so that you can be sure.

When required by the current situation I will do a risk assessment that considers the recommended working practices and particular concerns of clients and venues. This determines what actions I need to take with regard to wearing a mask, cleaning equipment and social distancing in order to do my work while keeping people safe and keeping everyone's insurance valid.
