Using subject expertise & methodology we will have a focused, meaningful discussion during which I will adapt the model content to exactly fit the candidate's needs for their Ideal Role.

At the point Brian suggested I take part in the Ideal Role process, I had been offered two highly paid roles, doing exactly what I’d done in my last role.
It’s interesting that we reach crossroads at different stages of our career, yet we seldom stop to reflect what we really want. This is a particularly relevant thing to do at the point when money and job title are no longer the driver, and instead, we are seeking a role that makes our heart sing.
I found the ‘my ideal role’ process challenging, fascinating and insightful in equal measures, and I realised afterwards, this was the first time in many years, I had actually stopped and reflected on what I wanted from a role.
The result of completing ‘My Ideal Role’ for me was I turned down both the roles I had been offered and now I am starting afresh, looking for a role which is more about filling my soul than my pocket. A truly innovative and meaningful process that I recommend completely .

What do you love most about your job?
In relation to my "The Ideal Role model" it is very gratifying to know that by using the model I am able to provide a transformation to the lives of professionals from all different sectors, be they Business or sports people. Through focused discussion I am able to draw out the real, often underlying needs, and present them in an easily understandable format. It is a great thrill to witness the impact that the work I do has on the person and to know that I have been able to help in something that is of such fundemental importance to the candidate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always got a great deal of satisfaction from helping people develop, achieve things they prior could not have imagined and ultimately excel through doing what they love. Having worked in all aspect of Corporate life I believed that I had a breadth of skills and experience to share much wider that would be suited to being a Consultant.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am not aware of any such model being used and it creates a level of clarity that goes beyond teh profession and addresses the whole person needs.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. The Ideal Role Model works totally effectively online using MS Teams/Zoom/Skype and also in person. If the candidates preference is to meet in person that is also fine and will incur additional costs to cover travelling related expenses.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Asked the candidate for any specific needs they had and complied with the standard Governmental advice of the day .
