I have a masters degree in behaviour therapy and am trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy which combined are used to structure life coaching sessions. I have over 10 years experience working with clients to create individualised teaching programmes and since 2019 have incorporated emotional regulation lessons to create a life coaching programme.

Holly has been doing sessions with my 6 year old son for a while now. This has greatly helped him understand his emotions, thoughts and feelings. In doing so he can now vocalise and express himself better rather than resort to a meltdown or tantrum. This has not only raised his awareness but in turn given us the confidence that we can teach him anything if taught in the way that he can learn best from. His PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) diagnosis means that we can not simply instruct him or directly control his behaviours and Holly has given us so many tools to use with him and thinks outside the box to help him help himself. We are so grateful to have her guiding us through this unknown parenting journey. With the bonus that our son absolutely loves learning from her. We highly recommend Holly as she not only has the expertise to support children to reach their potential but also great communication skills that enable her to connect with the children as well as the parents. ACT sessions have helped me in the understanding of ones self. The past year has been a rollercoaster of events where meeting new people has ended good or bad but in the long run, ACT sessions have been a place for me to stay positive within the thoughts of negativity.

Yes, I have been delivering remote sessions for the past two years due to the lockdown and am very familiar with this format.

All my sessions are delivered remotely and therefore the level of risk is greatly reduced.

I provide life coaching sessions using a mixture of behaviour therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. The programme will be individualised to your need to support you in reaching your personal goals.

We will begin with case formation where you will outlined your goals and provide a brief history. This will be used to create and prioritise the different strategies we will learn.

Using the strategies together we will make action steps towards your goals.
