Nigel and his staff - Gaynor, Faye and Debbie have all been outstanding in their treatment of my complex dental problems over the last year. I searched long and hard (in fact paid for more than one assessment and treatment plan) before signing up for a 12 month treatment plan which was recently completed at Bramcote. Mine was a highly complex piece of work but Nigel is simply a professional at the top of his game. He is no flashy salesman but from entering the building you note both the attention to detail and the investment in very modern facilities and a peaceful environment which denote someone totally committed to their patients' experience. I cannot praise Nigel and the team highly enough, I have an absolute terror of going to the dentist and they could not have been more reassuring and understanding. I had to have an implant to replace an old failing crown (due to radiotherapy) and Nigel made the whole process easy - talking me through everything step by step - and most importantly completely painless! I can not recommend Bramcote dental practice highly enough. Having been plagued with problems Nigel found a solution for every one and I now have the most beautiful teeth. The staff are the friendliest group of people and would put even the most nervous patient at ease. Their hygienist is fabulous and I loved seeing her. From the initial phone call, all the staff were amazingly helpful. My elderly mother had problems with her implants. Another 'specialist' had quoted a huge figure to have replacement dentures fitted. Nigel magically fixed the problem during the visit and all is well now. We were made to feel at home throughout and will certainly return for future work if/when required. Bottom line: if any implant work is required...go to Bramcote! More...

I have been a patient at Bramcote Dental Practice for ten years. When I first became a patient I needed extensive work doing including three implants, bridge work and fillings. Mr Saynor undertook my treatment with great understanding and the most professional of care. It is to his credit that I have had only regular check ups, the odd filling and hygienist cleaning since then.My Saynor's work has stood the test of time which is the best recommendation I can give.I am and always will be, grateful to Mr Saynor for giving me back a confident smile which for many years I had lost.I can happily say, in my personal opinion, there is only one Nigel Saynor and he is the best in his field of implant dentistry. I became a patient at Bramcote Dental Practice on recommendation of my Husband. I admit I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. Mr Saynor knows this, the fact that he understands my fear has made all the difference to my treatment. I am proud of myself for going and much relieved that I know that all the teeth are good and there are no lurking horrors in the making. It is the confidence that Mr Saynor has given me in having high quality professional treatment and regular check ups over the past 8 years that I am able to go every 6 months with just a little nervousness and I am actually pleased to see my dentist!. What can I say.......I LOVE UM.50 years ago i knocked my front teeth almost out and at 10yrs old i had to have them capped. Fifty years ago the needles were about an inch thick and i was sure it was going to come out of my nose. it was by far the worst thing of my life, far worst than having a baby, (if thats possible)I want to tell you all this so you have an idea of why i love these people so much. it was my dad who told me about 15 - 20 years ago that if i went to Nigel he would promise me that it would be fine and he would never hurt me. My dad never really made promises, so i was surprised and actually believed him.I have had several dentist over the years, some in this country and some in Bermuda , where i lived for 25 years and they wer all pratts with a totally un sympathetic attitude. I am not saying they werent good dentists, but i totally understood why everyone hates dentists.Now we get to Nigel and his team of lovelies. I can not tell you how wonderful these people are. Technically of course they are brilliant and really know their stuff but emotionally to me they are outstanding.I have just had major surgery on my front two upper teeth. not only did i have to have implants but also bone grafting, it has taken a year in total from start to finish and cost $7500 and i am over the moon. At no point did i look strange or without teeth and now my new teeth are fantastic and i am positive that no one would ever be able to tell. So technically brilliant.BUTthats not the main thing, it is a total pleasure to go and see them all at Bramcote, Nigel is a fantastic person and i am sure that is why he has managed to attract soo many wonderful ladies to work with him. Only went for a check up & scale & polish but excellent service as usual. Lovely friendly Staff really enjoy going always end up laughing. Gaynor and the girls are just great. Nigel Saynor is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to. Got to have some complicated work done on my teeth soon but I know I will be in great hands with Nigel. Cant recommend them enough. One extremely happy patient. I first visited Bramcote Dental Practice with a view to having a veneer fitted on one of my front teeth. The tooth was discolouring and affecting my smile.I was extremely nervous about the work required, with it being an important part of my smile.
