Disappointed. I booked an appointment for him to check my roof and after 90 minutes he didn't turn up. Messaged me later to say had a family emergency. So gave him a second chance, we arranged a date and time to meet. Again waited over an hour and he didn't turn up. Made excuses about traffic. But didn't call to say he was going to be late.
