I booked with them 3 times so far. First time , the cleaner showed up on time and let me when they were coming. Second time, the cleaner was running late and they let me know beforehand, so I left my spare key underneath the doormat. Third time, they first move my appointment the day before to accommodate my schedule and then on the day the cleaner arrived on the dot. I was notified about everything by SMS.
