Boutique has always worked with different large agents / air bnb / Aspects / Cornish Traditional Cottages / owners direct etc for 15 years looking after holiday lets ,which are now mainly Hayle and surrounding.We are always interested in taking on more holiday let changeovers which we specialise in, preferably that let all year long.

How long have you been in business?
7 Years working on my own, then started Boutique about 8 years ago growing the Business a little more each year.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes I supply my own general cleaning products and hoover needed to clean a home etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Looking after beautiful properties in stunning surroundings.
Having my clients happily stay with me for many many years, being able to give my Housekeepers regular work and keep them happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always known I wanted to run have my own business and I love homes and properties, making them look great is really pleasing. I started looking after Holiday lets just as a Saturday job to fit in with family life and pretty quickly Agents were wanting me to take on more and more properties for them from the positive feedback they were getting from owners and guests, so it just grew from there but not until I felt it was time and my children were old enough to give the time to it.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid all Holiday lets had extra cleaning and longer changeover times to do so, but now we are back to pre Covid measures.
Private Home cleans / Holiday let changeovers
I manage the changeovers for high standard holiday lets, mainly in Hayle, cleaning the properties to a high standard.
General private home cleans ,
Hoovering / Dusting / Mopping / Wiping surfaces down etc.
But we do not do End of Tenancy cleans.
Hot tub cleans
Using all our own equipment we can clean your hot tub for holiday lets or private homes.
