We treat sports injuries, back pain, sciatica, neck pain and headaches, joint and muscle pain, and womens health and pregnancy related pain. In fact we are able to treat a wide range of growth development and musculoskeletal complaints.

I can't recommend this clinic highly enough! I had a series of weekly sessions with Natalie after a whiplash accident last year. She was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable, she restored my confidence in my body and helped me regain my movement. I felt supported throughout my recovery and she gave me a lot of great information and exercises for the future too.Reception is also really friendly and were super helpful with booking and sorting out appointments. My sessions were with Steve. He took the time to find out my history and was able to quickly work out what was giving me the most trouble. Steve taught what to do and what not to do and have been in a lot less pain ever since and added some weight to my pb!. I made an appointment with Bournemouth Physiotherapy Clinics (via YourPhysioPlan) because I had pain in my foot and knee.
I felt immediately reassured (unlike my visit to the Dr!) as soon as my appointment with Andy began. A diagnosis and treatment plan was discussed and implemented and now, just weeks later, I am pain free.
I would highly recommend Bournemouth Physiotherapy Clinics!

Also, my daughter went when she suffered heel pain, the physio was fantastic and did a thorough assessment which reassured us and the exercises he advised have worked wonders. Having been to a couple of different physios and chiropractors due to hip pain, I saw a couple of people I knew had used BPC. The other places I had been never seemed to really know what the problem was. Iv been twice so far and have seen Harri and Steve and they have both been brilliant. They have given be exercised and advice to get more mobility in my hips and stop the pain iv been having. Highly recommended!! More...

I've been going to BPC for a while now and I can't recommend Andy and the team enough!
I've seen plenty of NHS Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Osteopaths before but they all try to fix you with a single approach.
With BPC I've had chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, electroacupunture, taping and ViMove analysis on a number of injuries/problems.
The advantages of seeing somebody that can offer a bespoke treatment depending on your needs rather than making a treatment fit you is invaluable.
I went in recently with Sciatica unable to stand up straight without pain, sit down comfortably without getting pins and needles in my foot, but after 30 minutes of treatment I was back to normal.
