Had a good quote from Boiler Servicing and also didn't try to sell us a boiler exceeding our needs. Other companies were quoting a larger boiler which meant changing our 15mm pipe to boiler which would have been very disruptive. Had a bit of a glitch with our boiler with some unwanted noise but they did everything to resolve it, turned out to be a minor problem but very happy with their response. Had a subsequent call out, our fault, not theirs, sorted out very quickly. Experienced and helpful staff members. From start to finish, I found this company a pleasure to deal with. I had an old 25-year old boiler removed and replaced with a new one. Alex the manager was efficient and offered good advice. The engineer Rockie worked consistently, was very efficient, personable and very tidy. He answered all my questions patiently and did a fantastic job, smiling all the while.
