Excellent service from quote to installation and fitted within a week of go ahead also had slight problem with stat natter a week rang boiler plan on the Monday evening at 9 pm had call back following day and service call was booked for day after we’re stat was replaced with no problems therefore outstanding service and would have no hesitation in recommending boilerplan.

From start to finish an excellent company to deal with and very reasonably priced with various payment options including interest free. The Engineer who fitted the boiler was very efficient, hard working, friendly, polite and left the place spotless. Before he left he explained the boiler operation very simply and easy to understand. The aftercare couldn't be faulted, several phone calls to ensure we were satisfied with the job, followed by the offer of a very affordable maintenance contract of £8 per month that includes a yearly service, and full cover for parts and labour for the whole system, boiler, radiators etc; we also got a 10 year guarantee on the boiler so we should have a worry free 10 years. If you need a new boiler I would recommend you at the very least, let this company give you a quote, there's no pressure sale either. Overall a very satisfactory experience. More...

Throughout the Covid-19 outbreak, keeping everyone safe has been our top priority. Our engineers are fully trained in Covid measures. They wear PPE and adhere to Social Distancing at all times. Our Engineers are all DBS checked and are trained in dealing with vulnerable clients.
