Our experience in central heating repairs puts us above many other companies in Newcastle.
A lot of companies tell customers to change their boiler as they don’t know how to fix them.
I personally come from a background of working for Boiler manufacturers and carry out a lot of successful central heating repairs first time.

I have been a customer of Proflame for 5 years now and I can highly commend James, Graham and their team for all heating services. The guys are highly responsive and have gone above and beyond to help me whenever I have needed them: from annual services of gas installations to saving me when disasters have struck (unfortunately I didn't use them in my boiler relocation and install in a loft conversion and they have corrected faulty work); to remote advice before they arrive and then solving the problem when they arrive. Our boiler broke during Christmas so we asked around and proflame was recommended. They accessed the boiler and was told that we needed a new one and thankfully they had availablity to get it sorted within days. Graham and 2 lads came and had everything installed in a timely manner. Very efficient and friendly, reasonable prices. Booked for an engineer to arrive for a very small job in a downstairs cloak. Waited in all day with someone arriving at 3:45 only to tell us he didn’t have the gear on him to do the job! ! Owner apologised and we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but once again waited in all day again also trying to contact them and were ignored until late in the day when we were told the engineer “was on the missing list”!! Not only have we been totally messed around but have also had to let down two other tradesmen twice who were booked in on the back of proflame doing their job. Highly recommended. My boiler went off yesterday morning. I called them at 10am, they came out within the hour to determine the problem. A part was needed to fix the boiler which they managed to get the same day, came back and fixed by 3pm. Brilliant. British Gas had quoted 10 days before they could even send an engineer out.
