Reps level 3 Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience of training clients. I have helped many clients reach their goals including weight loss, muscle building, changing body shape, running marathons to reducing blood pressure/high heart rate (tachycardia). I put an emphasis on making sessions fun but challenging as it’s a healthy thing to challenge ourselves and bring ourselves out of our comfort zone ?
