Brilliant, Professional And Efficient ServiceMy girlfriend scraped her car along a wall in a carpark, partially removing her back bumper in the process. We searched for car bodyshops in and around the Solihull area and were faced with a number of options (BodyTech being the highest rated on Google review - it’s easy now to see why). I attempted to call/email three other services (in addition to BodyTech), and none of them would offer me a quote over email/phone (despite sending photos) - which made me instantly suspicious of their trustworthiness. The only one who would offer a quote was BodyTech. I asked for a ‘worst case scenario’, based on if he had to replace the entire bumper - to which Wesley offered one, and then said most likely he could fix it on the spot and also provided his hourly rate. No one else would do this, despite the photos being clear and unequivocal in regard to the damage and what would be required to fix it.When we got there we were greeted by a friendly person, who fixed the bumper there and then on the spot. BodyTech Solihull were super efficient, highly professional, extremely friendly, and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to get their car/vehicle fixed. It’s so easy to be coerced into having unnecessary work done, or paying over the odds, at certain places (especially when you don’t know too much about cars, and you’re at the mercy of the ‘expert’). Fantastic service! Happy to give us a rough quote over the phone (and after sending them photos of the problem) - nowhere else would give us a rough idea of cost without seeing the car. Friendly and helpful service, great communication and they were able to see the car the next day. Fixed my broken bumper in less than 20 minutes while we waited. Wesley was able to repair a damaged GPS antennae on my A3 which had knocked off with my garage door. Not wishing to spend a large sum on a 7 year old car he was able to fix the damage at a fraction of the cost quoted by the Audi dealer and the finished job was excellent. Wes and his team have done a great job on both mine and my wife’s car.Most recently my BMW 6 series was dented but another car on a car park. The type of paint is not typical with it being pearlescent, and the manufacturer quoted over £2k to repair this. After Wes had done such a great job with my wife’s car I had no hesitation in him sorting mine, which I he has done and the finish is absolutely superb.I was a bit precious about not having it done by a main dealer as the car is only 18 months old, but he and his team have done a great job and I’m really pleased.I could not recommend them more!
