First session with Sue today. I was mega nervous after gaining the corona stone (and a half) and dropping off the fitness world but Sue was really encouraging, empathetic and knowledgeable about type 1 diabetes and the impact it has on my journey. Yes she looks like a model BUT not in an intimidating way! I am confident that with Sue’s help I can smash my goals I cannot recommend sue more highly. More...
