I have been on the programme for 4 months now and If I could give Sonali and Shaf more stars I would. Here’s why: I have been on numerous diets and tried numerous programmes which supposedly can help you lose weight with a sole focus on aesthetics and help you feel better but the focus is on counting macros or eating bland food. These have been short term and always resulted in binges. The things that set the approach that BodyPlot teach and you follow are listed out below: 1. The variety of food you eat and the amount of food you eat is amazing! I have never had a day where I feel hungry. Recipes take into account your lifestyle but also ensure you try different things which you wouldn’t normally have. I actually do not feel like I’m missing out on pizza or cheese or chocolate because there are forms of this I do get to enjoy! 2. Weekly consultations on the ultimate plan have ensured I stay accountable but celebrate non scale wins as well scale wins or measurement changes! 3. Sonali has been so supportive when I have been worried about falling off the wagon through family weddings and holidays! I have continued to become healthier and I have learnt to enjoy life and celebrations without worrying as I have been learning so much more about the tactics to have balance. 4. I have started competing in weightlifting and I’m lifting heavier at the lightest weight I have been in years because I’ve learnt to fuel better. This is supported by me sleeping much better (from 4 hours broken sleep to nine hours plus a night). 5. My attitude to movement and food has completely changed and I’m much happier in myself because my body isn’t continuously breaking down. 6. I have also had COVID during the journey and as I am at my healthiest I have had very little impact of it (aided by vaccines) but given I am an asthmatic the fact that I have continued to strength train and move at home has in part to do with the amazing journey I am on with BodyPlot. 7. Sonali is available to chat on WhatsApp which has been useful when I took my first holiday and was worried and through my cousins wedding! In summary this is not about losing weight, but this is about learning to live a healthy life when we are so busy. I have loved strength training and competing but with learning how to eat better and have balance has made me become much more alive. My body is in the best condition it has been in, in years! I cannot say thank you enough and can’t wait to see what I keep achieving! More...

Sonali is amazing. I started on the ultimate plan in May of this year. I had a lot of inconsistencies due to ill health and also because of a lot of stress of doing an MBA but Sonali was so supportive all along and was always there to help in any way possible. I completed the 6 months with achieving results which I had not imagined because in the last 5 years I tried a lot of things but my weight would maybe go down a pound or 2 and jump back up soon after. With the ultimate plan I did not only lose pounds but also went down on dress sizes which had not happened in 5 years. I have learnt a lot about food and the right way to balance foods. I joined Bodyplot in Jan 2021 after doing many different things to help reduce weight. Always putting the weight back on and constantly battling with the up and down. I am so happy with my progress and the fact that I am learning rather than just being told what to eat and what to. I now also have a better understanding of all the various factors that contribute to this progress. I have finally found something that works and is sustainable for the long term. Sonali and Shaf have been fantastic on the education side of this providing a wealth of knowledge and lots of great tips and ideas. I joined the Body Plot 12 week fat loss challenge in January 2021 and I can honestly say its one of the best things I have ever done, its life changing. Sonali and Shaf are so passionate about what they do, they are inspiring and motivating. I tried to lose weight and inches on my own, by cutting out certain foods and exercising, but would give up after a couple of weeks because I wasn't seeing any progress, infact my weight just kept on going up and my clothes tighter. I was following Body Plot on Instagram and Facebook for a while and was inspired by the results of previous Body Plotters. I was looking for something I could sustain not a short term weight loss. I saw results after a week of joining even though I was eating more, but I was eating healthier. Shaf and Sonali explain the importance of not only nutrition and exercise, but how sleep, mindfulness and movement affect this journey via weekly workshops which I found extremely informative. I am so proud and amazed with my progress, I feel healthier, I am walking more and enjoying it, I am more aware of what I am putting into my body, my stamina has improved and now able to squats correctly without any knee pain (all thanks to Sonali via my one one discovery session). What started as a 12 week fat loss journey, is now a complete sustainable lifestyle change for me. I am truly thankful to both Shaf and Sonali and all the challengers in group (Body Plot family), together we have all achieved so much. I completed my Body Plot journey a few months ago, it was one of the best decisions I made. Sonali was a great motivator, full of knowledge, always positive and happy to help. She created weekly personalised healthy meals plans for me and would have a consultation with me every week to make sure that I am sticking to the plan. She encouraged me to walk 10000 steps everyday and also do my exercises everyday. The exercise regime was fantastic, initially I thought I won't be able to fit it in my morning routine but soon got used to it and saw the benefits. I lost weight and my measurements changed and have managed to maintain it and I felt energetic and ready to tackle my day!. I would definitely recommend Body Plot group and Sonali is a great motivator, always happy to help. More...

After many programmes, fad diets, ‘quick fixes’ I joined Body Plot. I am 9 weeks into the 12 week programme and I cannot believe how much I have learnt and changed. On other programmes I usually do a few weeks and then slip back into my old habits - not this time! The energy, positivity and knowledge shared from Body Plot is amazing. I have also joined their virtual training classes and they are NEVER the same. My fitness and strength has improved so much. I need that push and I get this from the classes, they watch, encourage and help to correct your form - it’s like a virtual personal training session, for me this is incredibly beneficial. I have been working with BodyPlot for about 6 months! I always look forward to my training sessions with Shaf! Each session is different so I never get bored! My arms, legs, core - entire body - are stronger, fitter and leaner. He is very encouraging and supportive in helping me reach my goals! He makes sure my form is correct. I had been following BodyPlot for a while on social media before I decided to try it for myself. I can definitely vouch for Sonali & Shef as they are full with useful information and have been an eye opener during my journey. There were foods that I was having prior to my journey which I then found out were not healthy. Sonali helped me find healthier options for which I am ever so grateful. I have gained a lot of knowledge in terms of what is a balanced meal. I can pretty much eat everything that I used to eat before the start of the programme- only difference is that it’s now healthier options! I wish I had started the programme earlier!! More...

I was following body plot for many months on instagram and was always on the fence to join, but it was the best decision I made. I am currently on week 7 on the ultimate plan and feel fitter, stronger and more confident in my own skin. Sonali is amazing, she listens to you, she works around your lifestyle, your taste, your food habits. I was always lost about what to eat, but I have learnt a lot about nutrition and food choices, she has increased my food pallette by introducing so many healthy tasty options that I would have never considered before!
