How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The most important thing to me is to listen to what my clients goals are and to build a programme that fits around their life style to achieve their goals using the personal training skills ive learnt over the last 20 years.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to achieving the body of your dreams is to set realistic goals and when things dont always go to plan looking at why thats the case and working a way around it.
What do you love most about your job?
I like helping people that arent necessarily into fitness get fit and making a difference to their everyday lives. As an example, one of the things that I loved most was when my client had lost 30kgs was able to do his shoes up for the first time in 25 years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people like me who werent into fitness get fit and make a difference to their everyday lives.

Everything is online at the minute and in the comfort of my clients on homes.
