During lockdown Beth and the members area really helped to keep me in check and on track especially after receiving some free food during that time at work 🐷. Been going to Beth for 1-2-1 PT for over a year now. I had originally joined her online group during lockdown and was loving the diet hacks so you don't feel like you are even dieting, and the daily workouts. Beth is so knowledgeable in her field and you feel like you can literally ask her anything without any judgment. Love going to her PT sessions and ive met such a lovely bunch of woman along the way whilst training together. Such a great community of woman with one goal - to feel amazing! More...

Joined Beth’s members area a few months ago and love it. The Q&A sessions are really helpful and the workouts have got me back into the way of exercising and feeling much healthier and happier! Definitely recommend 😄

I joined body by beth in May having previously done her bikini body bible a few years ago and lost a stone the first time and having tried all sorts of different diets and nothing working well. I decided to rejoin again after putting some lockdown weight on. Beth's group is the only thing that's really worked and I've been able to stick to. The online group is amazing and has a great group of ladies on there and all which are so friendly and helpful putting their healthy snack hacks on. I lost a stone in 8 weeks of being strict following her online workouts and eating healthy for my holiday and have still be able to enjoy a cheat meal each week without letting go and binge eating. Beth's videos have had me laughing especially with the cats knocking the phone mid work out. I've recommended her to family and friends which some have joined and couldn't recommend her enough. I currently live in Abu Dhabi and managed to escape to Dundee for 4 amazing weeks of eating and drinking. I was feeling anxious about all the eating and drinking as I know that if I don't workout along side this then I will feel rubbish. I love working out but I don't have motivation to do it myself. I have followed Beth on instagram for a while and thought if I'm going to spend money then I'd rather support her local business than a gym chain. I am so glad I did!! She helped me gain confidence again in lifting weights and lifting heavy. I feel like I can go into a gym again and know what I'm doing when I pick up those weights. I can't weight to get out of quarantine and get to a gym! Thank you so much Beth, loved our training and loved our chats 😊 I also got to buddy up my sessions with other woman and we smashed our workouts together which was great! It’s rare that you come across standout talent such as Beth. She’s amazing at her job, she listens, patient and really gets to know you as a person. I was particularly impressed by Beth’s ability to handle how tough and how bad my fussing eating was. She’s literally changed my attitude towards eating and exercise. Where I can still enjoy a higher calorie meal and not feel guilty. Helped me find a better balance. My experience has been nothing but positive. Beth is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I joined body by Beth throughout lockdown, love the home workouts which I can use to fit around my very busy life😂🤯. I started body by Beth's online coaching back in March, Beth definitely knows her stuff, helped me get a better relationship with food and it certainly didn't feel like a diet as all food is allowed even a cheeky Saturday night takeaway isn't off limits. the members only area is fun and friendly where you can get food and exercise inspiration. Being part of this group was the best thing I ever did during lockdown. Beth is an inspiration as a PT, she does not push you about being skinny but gives you tips and ideas of how to be comfortable within yourself. The workouts are fun but also hardworking. I would recommend this group to anyone who wants to get into shape, learn new recipes and become better educated on how to lose weight in a healthy, balanced way. I love the simplicity of this approach. It soon became part of my every day routine without really thinking having to think about it. The workouts are great and kept me going throughout lockdown. I’ve managed to keep my weight down while the gyms were shut, kept mentally well, learner loads about fitness and nutrition and overall better informed. It’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle change. 😀The only reason I am leaving this group is because the gyms are now open and I can take the knowledge I have learned from this group forward! 10/10 Recommend this group! I joined Beth over the last lockdown for 1-1 PT and I highly recommend her. She is so knowledgable around fitness, nutrition and finding what worked for me. With the eating plan, I never felt restricted and was never feeling guilty about a takeaway at the weekend! I noticed such a difference both physically and mentally with my relationship with food and now feel so knowledgeable myself because of this. I have also been a part of her members area and this is great. The support from all of the girls on there is amazing. Beth uploads all of her workouts that have been done live and then puts them into folders so you can go back and do again. There’s something for everyone! Her humour, dancing and the cats really make them special too🤣🤣 The Q and A each week is also amazing. After breaking my ankle & needing surgery, I had put on so much weight. The heaviest I had ever been. Once my ankle was healed I did try & start to work out again but was so in much pain. However I found Beth and joined her online group. Roll on nearly 7 months later. I am 3 stone lighter, have also lost loads of inches. I can now do 5 workouts a week and run 💪🏼 Beth has honestly changed my life ❤️. Anyone who is looking for help in becoming fit and healthy, I would recommend Beth 100%! Xxx More...

I have been a yo yo dieter for years & years and was so fed up of nothing fitting & feeling sluggish, had followed Beth on insta for ages and decided to contact her as I liked her snack hacks and flexible approach to dieting nothing seemed off limits. I can honestly say she has changed my life. I joined her “quaranteam” members area in June and on Christmas Eve I hit my first target of 3 stone lost, I haven’t been to any PT all this has been from her online group , the content in the group is phenomenal, the stuff I have learned from Beth is amazing. She’s so so knowledgeable & I have learned more from her in 6 months than in many years from various slimming clubs! I cannot recommend her enough I feel so much better in myself and can’t wait to see what I can achieve with her in 2021! ❤️ More...
