My Name is Daniel Gilbert, I am a qualified personal trainer and owner of Body Aid Solutions PT. I work with a large variety of abilities and age groups on a one to one basis or small groups. I am able to accomodate PT sessions at Hybrid Performance Centre or conduct sessions at clients homes or outdoors.

What an amazing experience! Studying after so many years, and in a completely new subject was daunting to say the least. The friendly, experienced team at Body Aid put me straight at ease and have made it all so straightforward and, most importantly enjoyable. The course materials arrived with full instructions on what order to work through them and tips on HOW to do it - the bit i was most worried about! They are so well written that I was engrossed straight away. The practical days are great fun and Dan really knows his stuff. Can't believe that after years of thinking about becoming a personal trainer the team at body aid solutions have made this a reality to me simple process to set up great communication throughout I was very nervous about having to take exams and carry out practical assessment s but when you see how Freindly and supporting this team is you will see why my nerves were soon put to rest Now I'm doing what I've always wanted to helping other people reach there goals and targets build self confidence and self esteemWouldn't hesitate to do further courses with body aid solutions in the future thanks guys

Completed both my Level 3 Sports Massage and Level 2 ETM Instructor courses through Body Aid. The booking of the courses is simple and made easy with affordable payments plans leading up to the course. CD's and documents are sent out before the course too with a distance learning tutor assigned to yourself who will answer any queries leading up to the course. The course's are blocked so therefore there are no long waits in between and you can complete the courses in a reasonable amount of time which is perfect for getting qualified. The contact days include a variety of theory and practical based elements with 5* tutors that are currently in the industry and know their fields well. People on the courses are not just local, some travel and stay over a night on the weekends which to me shows a great rapport nationally. 100% would recommend this company! More...

I've completed 3 courses with Body Aid solutions and I am planning to do several more. They're affordable, so friendly and approachable. They provide payment plans, so there's options if you can't afford the fee in full. The tutors are so knowledge and give such support to each one of the pupils. I've met Neal, Sharon, Martin and Emma and they are fab. Not only do they help you through the course but they also give further advice and help for the industry. I've done a total of 5 training courses through Body Aid from my core PT qualifications through to CPD add-ons.
Got all of my course materials in plenty of time and there was assistance on hand if I needed it.
The practical training was great fun with enthusiastic & knowledgeable instructors - I'd recommend them to anyone considering them as a supplier.

Firstly, I want to say thanks to all the helpful staff at BodyAid pre me taking my course In level 3 & 4 Sports Massage Therapy.
Booking my place was very easy, payment options are flexible, long side that being very reasonable in price and lots cheaper than other courses leading to the same qualification. Believe me when I say thats not in any way reflected on the teaching or quality of these course, it's truly is fantastic and you will be disappointed. I know there is a lot of gimmick courses out there at very expensive prices, but honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody thinking about getting into therapy to sign up with BodyAid to start their journey.
I have learnt a priceless amount coming out of the qualification and feel I'm confident that I'm actually ready to treat anyone who needs my services. Nathan and Sam are fantastic tutors - patient, knowledgable and very clear with their teaching, which makes learning so much easier and enjoyable.
If you're thinking about doing a sports massage therapy course, make sure you go for this one, In my opinion, I don't think you could get better anywhere else.
