used this flower shop to make flowers for a funeral,showed a photo of what we wanted with the words MOM on and during the day of the funeral several people noticed the arrangement says WOW upside down and not MOM as shown in a photograph. It was obvious that the letter W had been used and not an M!!! rang flower shop to say how upset we were politely and was told very abruptly I should have gone somewhere else and that I was in the wrong and the flower arrangement was like the picture I gave... I clearly have photos of both and I will upload them. very poor aftersales and bad attitude. no appoligy or anything. More...
