I met Rachel at the over 60's exercise class in Hurst Green, was impressed with her consideration to us oldies so decided to join her for some personal training and looked forward to my weekly session. It was a great success but sadly because of the the Covid virus indoor training had to stop. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I will create a personalised programme to fit their needs, goals and ability. Whether they are recovering from an injury or are just getting back to fitness after a break, or just wanting some help with a new fitness goal. Together we create a realistic plan and then get on with it!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Firstly, to make sure you already love the body that you have - as it is the only one you are going to get! Secondly, to be realistic in what you can improve. Finally, to focus on what is possible, then being motivated to get moving and achieve those goals!
What do you love most about your job?
Getting out in the fresh air, working with people who want to improve their level of fitness and helping them achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After I did my training I was super excited to use my qualifications and help others. So I embarked on setting up my own business to reach as many people as possible.

I am a friendly, approachable person who loves to help others, plus I find joy in exertion and hope to share that with you.

I can do sessions through Zoom, though prefer to be outside and face to face if possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I disinfect any equipment used after each session. I stay over 2 meters away from clients at all times and all sessions are preformed outside and 1-2-1. (Alternatively via Zoom).
The first consultation session will be held via Zoom.
