At this time of year travelling back from Carluke I was stupid enough to leave my purse on a replacement bus service to Edinburgh, I have a driving lesson on Monday which I really needed my provisional license for so I totally panicked that I wouldn’t have it for then! Thank goodness for such a fantastic and kind team that work for blue bus! David contacted me last night to let me know that he had my purse and so graciously met me this morning before his work to get it over to me, This customer service goes above and beyond what I would of expected!
