Jim is an example of a contractor that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Moving into my fathers house was supposed to be a way to support him, but when we went to sort out the electrics it quickly descended into a nightmare. Jim came in and put together an intelligent well thought out plan and worked with us to ensure the highest of standards whilst allowing us to be able to live there too. He is quick-witted as far as problem solving is concerned and strives hard to exceed the expectations he sets out when you are in the planning stage. he is a conscientious and tidy worker and makes it his mission to make you happy with the work.I would recommend his work unreservedly. What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy seeing a customer face when power is restored and it has cost them significantly less than they were expecting. Customer satisfaction is the single most important part of my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I still enjoy travelling and like nothing more to grab a weekend away around Europe, working for myself gives me the freedom to pop away when I feel the need.
