I took my hard drive to another company who had my drive for 2 weeks trying everything possible to fix this . They then wanted to send my drive off to a data recovery company for a huge cost. I got in touch with Blucando and explained that this hard drive contained all my photos of my belated mum and photos from since my son was born . Photos I cannot replace . I dropped my hard drive off in morning and when my phone rang that afternoon my heart sank as they had only received this a few hours prior so it had to be bad news ... I literally wanted to cry when Ben told me he had managed to read my drive .. I am over the moon. Second time using Blucando to help save my laptop this time.
They promptly collected my laptop within a working day from my home address. Excellent communication & very responsive. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the problem however provided us with a keyboard so we can still use it for the time being as we dont have the time to wait to go through the insurance. Stuart and his team have recently helped a with a laptop and printer.
My old lap top had stopped working so they took the photos and documents off it and put them on a new one.
I needed a new printer so they sourced one for me too.
Such is Stuart's dedication, he even came to my house to set them all up....on the evening of the England/ Belgium game!

My laptop recently stoped working. So I logged a request via Blucando website. They called me back the same day and arranged collection that evening. It was collected promptly and taken to the workshop. Stuart Elsdon worked on it, saving all my data and reloading the operating system. Excellent service! I was recommended Blucando when my laptop died. Stuart arrived on time and managed to save everything that was on the laptop. I then ordered two laptops (one for my daughter too) and he put everything I needed onto it so it was all ready to go. I was always regularly updated by email as to what was happening with my order. A few days after receiving my new laptop I had to swap it which Stuart did quickly, transferring all the information again with no charge or hesitation! The primary hard drive in our home PC failed spectacularly, and after contacting Blucando their support, service and advice was second to none. They supplied a replacement hard drive and Operating System which required them to visit us and ensure everything was uploaded and working correctly. Even though they were in the middle of a major office move themselves nothing was too much trouble and we can highly recommend them for any home and business IT issues. I contacted Blucando after reading excellent reviews on Fleet Parents. Stuart contacted me within the hour and due to the nature of my laptop problem and work related equipment he visited me at home at a time convenient to me. The laptop could be repaired but I discussed options of purchasing a desktop. A quote was produced the same day to specifications that suited my requirements and an order was placed. I dropped off my laptop on my way on holiday, went away for a couple of days and Stuart was ready with the desktop the day after my return, first thing in the morning, ready to install having transferred all my information across and I was ready for work without any unnecessary downtime. I was recommended to Blucando by my daughter when I had problems with my desktop. They came very quickly and after making some checks decided they needed to take the box back to their base for further investigations. It was quickly found to be not cost effective to repair, which was fully explained to me. I was not surprised as I had been thinking about replacing it with a laptop.

I asked Blucando to recommend a configuration for me which they quickly did. Eight days after the desktop was taken I had my new laptop complete with all my data transferred from my desktop.

My printer was connected and instruction on the new machine given, with advice on how to optimise the battery. I found Blucando to be a very professional and friendly company who I am extremely pleased to have made contact with and would highly recommend them to others. More...

Blucando to the rescue After buying a Toshiba laptop from Argos last year, and having major processor problems, then major customer service problems with Toshiba, Argos and a company called Repairtech ( look there reviews up ) I called Stuart at Blucando. He diagnosed the fault, wrote out a report, and offered advise. One week later, after threatening Argos with legal action, I now have a great Lenovo Laptop, supplied by Blucando, they came round to my house, set it all up and I am totally happy and would not considering going anywhere else in future for my IT needs.
