I searched the local market for an installation of a new home security system and finally engaged Blades Security to do the work after a recommendation. The engineer selected came to visit and gave me a firm quotation and an installation date was agreed. On the day of the installation they turned up fully prepared with all the required materials and completed and tested on time. The engineer did a thorough clean up and gave me a short training session with all the information needed to work the system. Aaron has been very involved with the upgrading of the Fire Alarm System at our school (large, secondary Academy in Dorset). It was a huge task with many complications on the way; however, Aaron has resolved all of our issues and made sure that we are now compliant with regulations. Aaron and I then spent 9 hours updating all of the location descriptions for all of the fire devices (approximately 1000 devices - call points, smoke detectors, heat detectors, sounders, etc.). That in itself was a huge task, which Aaron helped me with - the levels of concentration and stamina required were significant and the task was completed accurately and with a good deal of humour!
