went in to the shop yesterday, 15/03/22 I had a tattoo booked qoth Tom, and I can honestly say my experience from start to finish my time in the shop was made to feel so welcoming and comfortable, tom sat me down made sure I was happy with my design he'd done for me, obviously I was so we cracked on, all through the tattoo tom was asking if I was on or if I needed a break but I honestly could have sat for hours with him tattooing me, I would highly recommend him for anyone that wants their first tattoo and is scared tom was amazing, he's a fantastic artist I'm going back as soon as I can

Overall a very good experience at Black Heart Ink for my first tattoo. Before work commenced, Gary gave me a good insight into what he was going to do. I had plenty of time to get the size and placement exactly how I wanted. It took about two hours and was actually fun to have some art installed on my leg, drink coffee and watch Akira on TV. I'm happy with the advice Gary gave me for the after care of my tattoo and felt safe and looked after from start to finish. The end result is precisely what I wanted. Managed to get a booking at very short notice! Gary was very patient whist we were designing the tattoo that I wanted. When I arrived at the studio Gary was very accommodating and easy to talk to making it very easy to settle. I had a custom tattoo and some work carried out on an existing tattoo and I am so happy with both of them! I visited Black Heart Ink to have a tattoo completed on the inside of my arm.
