When I started my fitness journey 9 years ago, I never thought that I would start my own business as a Personal Trainer. I didn't realise then just how much of an impact it would have on my life and on my mental health. Had I known then, what I know now.

I train clients either online or in person, with an end-goal driven approach. This means that everything I do, is in my client's best interest. I take into consideration all of their likes, dislikes, personal traits and habits and create a training and nutrition plan that they are most likely to adhere to. Sustainability of a plan and longevity of a clients adherence is the most important thing to their success.

As a behaviour change coach I monitor my client's responses and actions throughout our time together to find a way to ensure the methods and knowledge i give them is sustainable in a way that works best for them.

I like to ensure that I'm not only coaching them in the present, but that I educate them and help them to understand my methods to ensure that even after our time together finishes, they can take away what they've learnt and continue on their journey.

I want my client to not only achieve their goals, but to feel happier, stronger, more confident and more able to do everyday tasks. It's not all about the aesthetics, but also about how they feel in themseleves.

This is not an answer many of you will want to hear - but there is no quick fix.
Getting the body of your dreams requires lots of hard work, dedication and discipline.

I've been into fitness for over 10 years now, but only really started training properly after I had my daughter in 2017. I struggled a lot with my body image and my identity after giving birth and found exercising a true release for me. It gave me back a purpose and gave me the ability to have the energy to spend time with my baby girl.

I work with busy mums and busy women because that's me. I've changed my life for the better through exercise and eating healthily and I want to help and encourage other women to do the same. No matter who you are, or where you're from, I believe exercise is for everyone to enjoy and I want to help others like me build their confidence, gain strength and reach their goals.

I offer an app-based training programme with 24/7 support and weekly check-ins from me, your coach.

Personal training is a way to exercise in a friendly, safe and non-judgemental environment with the support, motivation and accountability of your trainer.


Face-to-face sessions can be for individuals or for small groups and a great way to enjoy fitness. Through the mediums of weight training, explosive cardio, HIIT (High intensity interval training) and LISS (low intensity steady state) I can create a programme for you, all around you, that will incorporate your likes and dislikes in a way that will best help you achieve your goal.

Nutritional Coaching gives you the knowledge and tools you need to ensure your body is getting everything it needs.



I currently offer Nutritional Coaching for weight management and with this offer advice and education on how to eat correctly for your body's energy requirments in a way that support your goals.



Nutritional Coaching with BKY Fitness & Nutrition is an ongoing weekly consultation with support, guidance and food diary analysis to ensure you are eating as well as you can.



It's not about what foods are 'good' or 'bad', it's about eating intuitively and ensuring you hit the energy requirements you need. I encourage all clients to eat a healthy balance of everything - including the things you like that you've been conditioned for so long are 'bad' for you.

The BKY approach is that all food is good food, some are just a little less nutritious than others.



Through food diary analysis, in-depth conversations of your habits and behvaiours around food and weekly accountability sessions I can help you create a sustainable approach to changing your nutirtional intake and help you reach your goals.



I will educate you on everything you need to continue maintaining your own weight and susatining your new healthy and balanced lifestyle even after our sessions have finished. We will cover everything from the energy balances that take place daily in your body to understanding the chemical compounds of the foods you're eating and how to decipher this on their food labels!
