Picked up this incredible cake on Friday as a gift for my mum on her birthday - It was everything I had asked for and more! Couldn’t believe how incredible it looked when I collected it. I thought we would never eat such a big cake but it was so delicious we ended up fighting over the scraps! I asked for blueberry, lime and coconut so jade made us this beautiful cake with three layers of delicious sponge with the most incredible, sweet blueberry filling and a smooth creamy frosting.
