What’s your signature dish?
We have multiple signature dishes from both the Caribbean and India including:
Curry goat, Oxtail stew, Pepper steak, Chickpea curry, Jerk Chicken, Jerk lamb, Indian lamb and chicken curry.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We provide a bespoke service, we talk with each client to understand your needs and wants, then together make a decision on the ideal menu items.
What do you love most about your job?
The reaction people give once they taste our food for the first time. That’s priceless
What inspired you to start your own business?
BDK started in March 2019. A collective of friends coming together to showcase our pride and passion within cooking. We first discussed opening a company 10 years prior but due to other commitments it was a distant aspiration. After years of coming together and practising menu items and perfecting recipes whilst also creating signature dishes, we decided to create BDK. We strongly felt we needed to share our skills, passion and menu items with the world.
