Exceptional service from start to finish for the groom to be taken to the wedding. Due to Covid, the date had to be moved a couple of times and Big Baller Bus was more than accommodating. Communication is second to none and always prompt in response. I know of no other driver service like it. Having been let down by a different company for a hen do, it is clear to see why Big Baller Bus has and deserves these 5* reviews. The driver was brilliant, we were able to communicate via text and confirm when he had arrived. The vehicle was stunning, clean, with ribbons on the car, and a bottle of bubbly. We had an amazing experience with Big Baller Bus in one of their new Mercedes vehicles. It had a PlayStation 5 which my 18-year-old and his mates were blown away by, and two large TV screens where we watched music videos! The occasion was my husband's 70th birthday trip, and he too was blown away by the vehicle and the amazing service from the driver. Absolutely amazing! I booked a ride for one of my residents' 80th birthday originally for February. Obviously, due to Covid, this couldn’t happen. I had to change the date a few times; however, Big Baller Bus couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Once the day finally arrived, I received a text from the driver letting me know he was our driver and confirming the time. We were running a little late; however, the driver was very patient, offering help for our residents getting in the vehicle and very welcoming. The residents felt like royalty as soon as the vehicle pulled up. The driver showed us where everything was and how to work the amenities, he also made sure we knew to contact him if we needed any assistance. When we arrived, the driver went the extra mile by lending us his own umbrella and showing us where to go to buy more for the residents. He made sure we knew where we were going and where we would get picked up from.
