How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Fitness needs to be enjoyable. If it isn't enjoyable then it will not be consistent. By making fitness enjoyable with charismatic delivery and adventurous training, experimenting with advanced training methods. Fitness stays enjoyable and consistent and will result in progression.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and research. By training with me, learning and experimenting. Not falling into the trap that is fitness misconceptions which will cause unhealthy habits, injury and stagnant progress.
What do you love most about your job?
When someone who has never deadlifted, or bench pressed, or any other type of exercise. When I guide those people through the exercise, teach them and alter their form, then watch them perfectly perform the exercise. Afterwards, asking them how it felt emotionally to accomplish that and hearing their answers and seeing their happiness. That is the best part.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My degree asked for a personal training module where the assessment was to take a client through an 8 week program. This was during the height of covid where I was forced to take the client through 8 weeks of online training. Choreographing his success what was inspired me.
