Called Kully he came looked at the job gave us a wicked price. I accepted the price he gave us and gave him the job he started a week later and Finshed my bathroom within 4 days from tearing out the old bathroom and plasterboard tilling the new one and fitting all my accessories with it great job would recommend him for bathroom work extensions everything. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If its detached or end tarrace house or simple to ring local council to find out its only £30 fee over the phone
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Mainly need to check old garage foundation if it is a new garage then follow the plans and stage by stage like foundation then DPC and floor ready and after full building every stage inspector come to check and pass the stage .
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Exact hight and enough space for staircase sometime first floor ceiling are very low where to hard make staircase , best wAy to go right architech to get his advice .
