Becky is the epitome of how you can take control of your mind and body and do something for yourself. An inspiration to everyone who trains with her.

This girl is amazing I can’t recommend her enough, she has pushed me so hard even on my most worst day were Iv literally felt like crap she’s made me work hard & Iv felt so much better for it. She’s made me become in love with the gym, introduced me to equipment I would never dreamed of using.. I really couldn’t of done any of this without Becky, Joining the gym was a massive step for me as I was struggling with my health. The thing I enjoy the most is that she’s always mixing up the PT sessions there’s never one the same. She always give me motivation and always has a positive attitude towards myself and my training. She’s made me realise that exercise is fun that there’s so much more to training. I’m massively great full towards Becky for taking me on and learning me to overcome my fears of exercise and learning me to enjoy it and have fun at the same time. Thank you Becky. 💜👏🏻 More...

I have been doing Becky's classes for a year now, and would thoroughly recommend them. They are well planned, varied and challenging, while at the same time Becky herself is jolly and motivational, encouraging us to do our best.

I started training with Becky in November 2020 after having a baby earlier in the year! I absolutely love training with Becky! Every session is different and I’m always pushed to my limits! I’m currently around 3 months in with my training and my results are insane and I feel so much fitter and healthier. Not only do you get a really personal fitness programme, but Becky also offers loads of nutritional information and advice which is really beneficial! And most importantly you gain an amazing friend who never fails to brighten up your day (even when she is making you do burpees 😉) I would recommend Becky to everyone!!x More...

I’ve been training with Becky since January 2021. In my first 6 weeks I lost a significant amount of inches and can feel my body shape improving each week. Her training is challenging without killing me each week and she understands my goals and other fitness interests like running. I would highly recommend training with Becky, she’s been amazing! Becky is such a fab PT! She never fails to push me in order for me to progress.I have loved every week getting stronger and that being a key focus thinking about my mentality towards exercise, really helping me believe that I can do it. I would 100% recommend!☺️

I've been training weekly with Becky since October and I would absolutely recommend her 100%! I've never had a personal trainer before, but Becky makes everything so simple and fun, right from the first session. She meticulously plans every sessions to fit around my needs as a figure skater and what is best for my body, whilst also challenging me and setting me new limits. She also celebrates every tiny victory and achievement, and believes in me in a way I've never experienced before. I may have lost inches off my waist, but it's what I've gained that's the most important - a massive increase in confidence, the knowledge to train and care for my body, and a true friend in Becky.
