I have been with BFL Solutions for the last 5 years. Over that space of time they have collected in numerous accounts from me. Some accounts they collected in full straight away and others were collected in over a period of time. Depending on people's circumstances some outstanding accounts take longer than others.They keep me updated all the time and would certainly recommend using BFL Solutions to anyone with cashflow problems. Awful communication and terrible attitude from the staff. I instructed them to chase a debt for me and they settled it without agreeing any figure with me, without letting me know it had gone to court, and they didn't even tell me the debt had been settled.
