Adaptable programming (changing things as we go by seeing what is/isn’t working) and making sure each session is enjoyable.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and finding activity that you enjoy is definitely the most important thing. If you choose an exercise/activity that you dislike then it’s not something you’re going to keep up.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people change their mindset and feel better about themselves is easily the most rewarding part of my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been a PT for many years and starting my own business helped me to give a more quality service to my clients.

Yes - I currently have a small availability for online coaching (providing an exercise plan and providing online support) and online PT (zoom) sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I can wear a mask if preferred and all equipment is sanitised before and after use.
