I will provide you with sandwiches, cocktail sausages and sausage rolls, cocktail pasties, homemade quinches and cupcakes.
Along with the price you will get the use of white table clothes for the food table, paper plates and napkins of your choice of colour.

What’s your signature dish?
Customers have told me that my quinches are awesome and delisouses. Along with my cupcakes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I speak to my clients and ask what they would like.
For example, a child's theme party with have cookies cut to their theme along with cupcakes and krispie treats.
I cater for gluten free, diabetic and any other allergy, intolerance, or diet perfrance they would like.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the feed back good or bad as this gives me pride in that I have done what my customers have asked.
I love cooking and baking the food to high standards and if I am not happy with it i will not give it to my customers till it is spot on
What inspired you to start your own business?
People have always commented that I am good at baking and setting out parties.
It's a passion I have always had, and gives me great joy seeing people enjoying my cooking.
Although I am still relatively new at providing catering people, i have had some great feed back from the few I have provided for, and provide a local holiday let with homemade scones on a regular basis

Although I am a single man operation, i pride myself in offering the best quality local food, at budget friendly prices. I can do this by keeping my over heads low, and still offer great customer service straight to your door.
