What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction of delivering an excellent and valued service to our clients, and of developing long-term partnerships. I enjoy the variety of working across a broad range of industry sectors, and with companies both large and small. Finally, I really enjoy working with a dedicated team of staff, and supporting them as best I can as their employer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I previously ran a multi-award-winning small visitor attraction in East Devon with my husband, so am not new to business ownership. I'm inspired by growing a successful and profitable business, that allows me to make my own decisions and gives me the flexibility to deliver the best service I can.
