This is the first time I have used a nutritionalist and I didn’t know what to expect, I was however very pleasantly surprised by the information I was provided with regarding my diet to assist with Diabetes type 2.
Aga was very friendly, professional, knowledgable. She advised me on everything I needed to assist me with my food planning and diet type I should be maintaining.
I am much more informed now abut the types of food and their benefits or negativities for my condition.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Diet is the key to creating health. Every day we make crucial decisions that determine our future but we don't always realise it. An apple or a doughnut? It may seem insignificant but if you choose the doughnut 90% of the times you're not gonna find yourself in a happy place 5 years down the line. By all means, don't give up all of your guilty pleasures, but keep in mind that to be healthy and happy you need to nourish your body with natural, wholesome foods.
What do you love most about your job?
Most of all, I love witnessing the transformations that my clients experience when they develop new, health-promoting habits. Often, it’s easier than they assume. Eating healthy doesn't need to be a struggle and I love showing people how to make amazing meals without spending hours over the hob. It's an empowering experience when you realise you can change your destiny one meat at a time I love guiding people on their way to health.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have an autoimmune thyroid disease and there was a time I thought no one and nothing could help me. In my late 20s, I started developing all sorts of symptoms that made me feel like a shadow of myself. Changing my diet has literally changed my life! When I discovered that what I eat matters (a lot!) I felt in control once again - after all, I decide what to put in my mouth, not my doctor or anyone else. And these daily decisions create health or disease. I want to help others to make the right choices so that they can feel awesome every day and avoid feeling the way I felt when I was sick.

I'm very passionate about what I do and pride myself on providing high-quality services. I trained at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and was awarded the diploma with distinction. I have advanced clinical training from the Kharrazian Institute pioneering in autoimmunity and clinical management of complex gut, brain, thyroid and metabolic conditions (diabetes, pre-diabetes). My personal health experiences made me an expert in thyroid health and issues such as fatigue, brain fog, and weight gain, along with anxiety, insomnia, gut and female health.

I currently provide online consultations only, either via Zoom or Google Meet. The link to the meeting is sent to the client in advance and most calls are video calls. All clients are provided with email and WhatsApp support and if anyone needs urgent support, I’m always there to help.

I specialise in developing personalised nutrition & lifestyle plans that are easy to follow and give lasting results. Typically, my packages include:
- Initial consultation – top-to-toe health assessment & diet and lifestyle evaluation (1h 30 min, currently online only)
- Personalised nutrition, lifestyle & supplement plan
- Follow up consultations (45 min, typically every 2 weeks)
- Personal coaching to keep you motivated to develop better eating and lifestyle habits
- Medical tests recommendation and interpretation
- WhatsApp & email support
Apart from packages, I offer one-off consultations (although ongoing support over a period of 1 to 3 months brings far better results). I'll do my best to meet your needs, whatever they may be.
