How i help my clients achieve their goals is by having accountability. By doing this I am always learning and researching new ways to help my clients reach their goals. This will also make sure that my clients get the best possible session planning, nutrition plans and personal training service.
I help my clients achieve their goals by doing progressive overload for the session plans every 3/4 weeks where I will either up the weight, reps or decrease the rest period. This will help the client progress towards their goals.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams all rely on three things:
1. Dedication: having dedication to the training plan which has been done for you is a one way road to getting the body of your dreams. This means not missing sessions or missing out on meals in the meal plan.
2. Consistency: There is no point of having three weeks of really good sessions, having a great meal plan and seeing a small differences in yourself then you have one week off where you dont train and you then go off track. To reach your final goal, you will need to keep doing the same number of workouts every week, eating healthy but also having fun at the same time.
3. Time Frame: Having a time frame is so important because when you set a time barrier then it will make you want to reach your goal by that date and once you do reach your goal either on that exact date or just before you will feel amazing! I always give my clients time frames for when they should achieve their goals just to make sure they are on track.

What I love most about my job is making people feel good about themselves and helping them through a journey which can be absolutely life changing. I love it because you can change a clients day because they can come to you and be upset and once they leave they are happy and don’t feel upset anymore.
What I also love about it is that you can see how much a client changes over the course of a few months and you can see how happier they are not only mentally but also physically and how they love their body again.

What inspired me to start my own business is that I could never be boxed in a gym all my life because I wanted to have the freedom of making my own choices.
I also wanted to start my own business because I want to help a variety of people from across the country who are all unique in their own ways as clients. I want to help as many people as I possibly can to achieve their fitness goals. Which I couldn’t do if I was in a gym environment.

You should choose me because I make the workouts fun and enjoyable. I am approachable as a trainer and I can answer any of your fitness and health questions. I have accountability as I am always learning via courses or books. I have a lot of knowledge in terms of how the body works and what is the best training programme for you as a individual client. I also offer a free consultation which is where we talk about your goals and I take you through a 30 minute session. I also offer meals plans as well and articles which link to your goals.

- 3 sessions a week plan done for each client tailored to their individual goals.
- Weekly meal plans with calories calculated for clients goals
- Weekly zoom check-ins for clients
