I worked with Suzanne over the Summer 2020 and into the winter on several longstanding issues using RTT, and found her to be a sensitive and generous therapist. What do you love most about your job?
Supporting my clients to transform their life for the better and receiving wonderful feedback about how their life has really improved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I passionately believe in making a difference, having a positive impact on and serving others. It is important to me to alleviate the suffering of others and as a lot of suffering is within our own minds, I trained in techniques that enabled me to work with clients to rapidly transform this.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am fully qualified, insured and GDPR compliant. I abide by a code of ethics, receive regular supervision in line with industry best practice and am a member of a range of professional organisations. I am also a mentor, tutor, supervisor and trainer for others working/training in related fields.
I take my duty of care towards my clients very seriously and ensure that my clients feel safe and reassured throughout their sessions. I have an Enhanced DBS and am able to work with adults, teenagers and children, from the age of three.

I can provide all services online/remotely or face to face. I also have key worker status and was able to continue to work face to face with individual clients during lock down, in some circumstances.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For those clients who need and want to have face to face sessions, a Covid-19 risk assessment is in place, which is regularly reviewed and adapted in light of current government guidance and seeks to minimise risk to both the client and the service provider. Such measures include a separate entry point to the venue, additional cleaning protocols and social distancing, amongst others. A copy of the risk assessment is made available to clients booking a face to face session, along with specific guidance relating to preparation for the session itself. Clients are also required to sign in and sign out on the day to register their attendance.
At all times the safety and well being of our clients remains our priority and the implications of the current situation are always discussed directly with the client.
