I would happily advise my clients online or over the phone. However remotely it's more challenging to be as accurate as i would like to be.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the pandemic, unfortunately boilers continued to break down. However we kept serving our customers, keeping the 2 meters rules and wearing face masks all of the time.
