Mark and Daryl recently converted our garage into a fantastic new space, part utility, part office. They were both very friendly and professional throughout and kept us updated all along with what was happening. Both myself and my husband were working from home during the work and disruption and noise was kept to a minimum. Fantastic work and Mark really knows his stuff. I was recently lucky enough to experience the afternoon tea brought to my door by the wonderful Martyn and Clare. Not only did the food look really attractive and colourful but the eye to detail, freshness of produce and presentation was second to none. Emma and her staff catered for a 120 person memory tea for me recently. From our initial contact call and through the planning and delivery on the day Emma was friendly and professional, made herself available to check out the venue and facilities beforehand and spent time setting up the night before so as to fit in with our plans. The food was beautifully presented , provided a variety of options to cater for vegetarians as well and tasted delicious. On the day her and her staff served drinks and looked after the guests which was a real help on what was a difficult day for my family and I. Wife and I were searching for a stove last year before the worst cold came out stove had died we bought a floor model of a great stove we had seen elsewhere for 250 more Nick and his associates loaded it right in the back of our Volvo and we are enjoying this stove more than any stove we've ever had, but I need to get Nick to give me his locations for striper fishing

I can not recommend Emma highly enough. She catered for my Mum’s 70th surprise party in September. From the outset the process was incredibly easy and efficient and Emma gave me really good menu suggestions. I enjoyed the weekend so much more because I wasn’t stuck in the kitchen the whole time. Purchased a fire table and Sundance spa from this store. Nick and Kameron were very helpful and easy to work with. Installation of the tub was professionally done and the crew was pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Superior.

Not sure how to word this. I purchased a 16k hot tub from their store about 2 years back and I have been nothing but paitent and relaxed time and time again for the issues at hand. I have given ample time before I wrote this hoping even a simple phone call or follow up would refrain me from writing this. Their follow up with my family is the worst experience I have ever had to date out of any other business and needless to say we are professional consumers so let this be gospel to anyone thinking of making a purchase with this outfit. I'm sure they must have some positive staff and expertise given they are still in business, shocking. After mutimult issues with my hot tub over two years I haven't had lights for 6 months. Their techs came a few times, sometimes unannounced, never a resolution, note or follow up. The only person willing to follow up is an outside 3rd party they work with who at this point I feel bad for that he has to work with them. Extremely disappointed time and time again. More...
